
Dr. Zorawska completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City in 1987. She received MD degree from Medical Academy in Warsaw Poland and worked as a rehabilitation specialist after that prior to immigrating to United States. After her residency in 1987 she joined then Institute for Low Back Care and worked as a physical medicine rehabilitation specialist there until joining Dr. Kim at Central Minnesota Spine Center. She is a member of American Medical Association, American Congress of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and American Acupuncture Society. She has extensive experience working with exclusively spine problems over last two decades. She has worked extensively with many spine surgeons and worked with Dr. Kim over 12 years in Minneapolis. She knows how to read spine imaging studies such as MRI scans and CT scans herself and she knows which patients need spine surgeries and what kind of spine surgeries they need. She is also familiar with various complications that can arise from different spine surgeries having taken care of spine surgeries postoperatively for almost twenty years. She is also extremely personable and very good with patients and is extremely caring person.
For those patients who are not spine surgery candidates she will be able to treat them conservatively with various medications, physical therapy, and rehabilitation program such as LIFEBACK Spine Rehab Program in our office. She is also expert in medical acupuncture and will be able to treat select patients with this alternative modality. For those patients who require elctrodiagnostic studies such as EMG’s and nerve conduction studies she will be able to perform them at Central Minnesota Spine Center.
